Moremi, born on 2 October 2000, opened the scoring in the 92nd minute. Continental, as he is affectionately known, completed his brace in the 110th minute, changing the score to 3-0.
Tshegofatso Mabasa scored Bucs’ second goal. According to Orlando Pirates, Moremi also has one assist in the MTN8.
Tshepang Moremi Helps Orlando Pirates Advance to Carling Knockout Semi-Finals
In the Carling Knockout quarter-final against Magesi on 28 October 2025, Tshepang Moremi proved once more why he’s the most in-form striker in South Africa.
The former AmaZulu player found the back of the net with a beauty from outside the box in the 51st minute. His goal gave Pirates the confidence to continue attacking in the match.
The Sea Robbers eventually advanced to the semi-finals of the tournament after beating Magesi 2-1.

Continental, his nickname, also found the back of the net when Orlando Pirates thrashed Chippa United 3-0 on 31 August 2025. Moremi had only been on the pitch for four minutes when he scored Pirates’ third in the 66th minute.

The in-form Tshepang Moremi opened the scoring when South Africa edged Zimbabwe 3-2 in Round 3 of the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco on 29 December 2025.
The Bucs forward found the back of the net in the 7th minute in the must-win match for Bafana Bafana. South Africa advanced to the next round of the competition after the narrow win, all thanks to Moremi for his early goal.

Has Tshepang Moremi Scored in the CAF Champions League?
Tshepang Moremi also registered his name in the CAF Champions League’s scorers list before ST Eloi Lupopo knocked Orlando Pirates out of the competition. Moremi scored twice when Pirates beat Lioli 4-0 in the second leg of their clash.
On 27 September 2025, he netted in the 45+3 minute. Pirates went into the break leading 1-0. He completed his brace in the 48th minute, extending Pirates’ lead to 2-0. Bucs eventually won the match 4-0.
