Prediction: Atletico Madrid vs Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League
Atletico Madrid’s defensive tactics make them a hard team to beat at home. As much as they tend to defend in big matches, Simeone’s men have mastered the art of counterattack.
Atleti have been in consistent form of late, avoiding defeat in their last nine games. Out of those matches, they won eight and drew just one in all competitions.
On the other hand, the Bavarians’ 4-2-3-1 structure has seen them remain undefeated in ten matches in all competitions. They won six of those games, with one win and two draws in the Champions League.
The Atletico Madrid vs Bayern Munich prediction is based on both the European giants’ current form, individual brilliance, tactics, and squad depth. SportPurse favours Bayern to edge Atleti 2-1.
