Nikola Vlasic put the home side in front by converting from the penalty spot in the 10th minute. Vlasic then assisted Duvan Zapata in scoring Torino’s second goal in the 17th minute.

Adrien Rabiot pulled one back for the Rossoneri in the 24th minute, assisted by Fikayo Tomori. Pulisic then grabbed the equaliser in the 67th minute, just a minute after coming on. Alexis Saelemaekers assisted Pulisic.

Pulisic also scored the winning goal in the 77th minute, assisted by Samuele Ricci. Three goals and three points for the visitors!

Torino 2-1 AC Milan

AC Milan 4-1 Torino

AC Milan demolished Torino 4-1 in a thrilling Serie A showdown at San Siro on 26 August 2023. Olivier Giroud scored twice on the night.

Christian Pulisic opened the scoring in the 33rd minute, assisted by Ruben Loftus-Cheek. However, Torino‘s Perr Schuurs levelled the score three minutes later, assisted by Samuele Ricci.

Giroud then converted from the spot in the 43rd minute, giving the hosts a 2-1 lead. Theo Hernandez then extended the Rossoneri’s lead to 3-1 in the 45+2 minute, assisted by Rafael Leao.

With his second goal of the thriller, Giroud made it 4-1 in the 65th minute. Again, the French forward converted from the spot.
